AnchorWatch Pro watches about your anchor position and makes a lot of noise when ship leaves the secure anchor range.

It shows ALL important information on one single screen! Please examine the screen shots we have delivered.

"AnchorWatch Pro" enables a quite night for the skipper!

AnchorWatch can be customised that the range of the anchor area is flexible. So that not every small violations of the anchor range results in waking up the crew.

How it works:
========
First Choice:
-----------

During anchoring, someone of the crew or the sterring man has to press a button when the anchor reaches the ground and sticks. This is the Drop-Anchor-Postion (DAP). Then the steering man start running in the anchor as usual by driving backwards until the anchor holds. When this final anchoring position during the run-in process is reached (anchor chain spans max), a second button for the Final-Anchoring-Positon (FAP) has to be pressed.

Now AnchorWatch Pro knows where the anchor lies (approximately) and knows how far it could drift. So it has all the necessary information.
And perhaps, to some extend this procedure might not be exact, you have two parameters, where you can adjust the range when an alarm is thrown. But AnchorWatch works now.

Second Choice:
-------------

If you missed to press the buttons, there is an alternative, called "Re-Anchor" on the menu. simply sit in the cockpit and type in the anchor direction (look on the compass for getting this information) and type in the approximate horizontal distance to the anchor. Now AnchorWatch pro is able to calculate the anchors position and all necessary values.

This is the important information you can watch on one clearly indicating display:

- Overall status: OK (green), DRIFT (orange) and ALARM (red)
- Additional sounds can be configure, buzzer is enabled by default for ALARMS
- Anchor chain length
- Drift range interval
- Alarm range interval
- Remaining battery
- Drift speed
- Drift direction
- Accuracy of the current signal and the expected accuracy
- Time of last position
- Local time
- Alarms when Battery goes down

All this gives a perfect overview how your anchoring is.
